Since the firm’s founding in 2007, Stacy Nelson & Associates’ goal has been to offer executive search and placement services for nonprofit leaders with a highly personalized, transparent and high caliber service to our clients. Today, Stacy Nelson & Associates remains true to those goals. Our recruiting team has personally worked in nonprofit leadership roles and has hands-on experience. A consultation begins with the premise and principle that Stacy Nelson & Associates becomes a partner with and advocate for our clients. We prioritize the integration of client and team across all stages: the in-depth discovery process, the sourcing and recruiting stage, the interviewing process with the selection committee, verification phase, as well as employee transition and onboarding.
Founder Stacy Nelson has been an active community member serving on several board of directors in key positions of leadership and has been a resident in the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years.
